摘要
[目的]建立控制健脾丸中熊果酸含量的方法.[方法]采用薄层扫描法测定健脾丸中熊果酸的含量.[结果]熊果酸在0.506～3.036μg范围内具有良好的线性关系(r=0.999 0),加样回收率为98.43%,RSD为0.65%.[结论]薄层扫描法简便、准确且重复性好,可用于健脾丸中熊果酸含量的测定.
OBJECTIVE To control the quality of the Jianpi pills. METHODS The content of ursolic was determined by TLC-scanning. RESULTS There was a good linear relationship at a range of 0. 506- 3. 036/ag for ursolic acid （ r = 0.999 0）. The recovery was 98.43% and the RSD was 0.65% . CONCLUSION The method is simple, accurate and reproducible.
