67眼超声乳化白内障摘除术临床分析

Clinical analysis of 67 eyes of phacoemulsification

[背景]探讨超声乳化白内障摘除术的并发症及术后裸眼视力的影响因素.[病例报告]采用回顾性分析方法对实施超声乳化白内障手术的67眼进行分析,其中术后第6日裸眼视力高于0.5者为46眼;术中、术后最常见的并发症为角膜内皮水肿,发生例数为26眼,其次为后囊膜破裂和虹膜损伤,发生例数分别为21,6眼.[讨论]超声乳化白内障摘除术术中及术后并发症的发生主要与术者的手术手术技巧和经验有关.

BACKGROUND To study the complications of phacoemulsification and its impact factors of vision acuity after operation. CASE REPORTS 67 eyes of phacoemulsification were retrospectively analyzed. 6 days after phacoemulsification, 46 eyes of the visual acuity was more than 0.5. The corneal endothelial edema （26 eyes） was the most common complication during-op and post-op, the posterior capsular rupture （21 eyes） was the secondary common complication, and the iris damaged （6 eyes） was the third. DISCUSSION Corneal endothelial edema and posterior capsular rupture are the most common complication during operation and post operation of phacoemulsification, and its impact factors are operator＇s experience and skill.
