高压橡皮绝缘电力电缆用可剥离型半导电绝缘屏蔽料的研制

摘要 主要探讨采用(ELVAX)[1]乙烯/醋酸乙烯酯和低门尼粘度的三元乙丙橡胶(EPDM)并用,添加超导电性导电炉黑N472及中超耐磨炉黑N220,过氧化物作硫化剂,研制开发的高压橡皮绝缘电力电缆用可剥离型半导电绝缘屏蔽料,其体积电阻率ρv小于50Ω·cm,并经实践证实,该料在工艺及性能上完全满足高压橡皮绝缘电力电缆的实际生产要求和电成品要求。 The paper mainly discusses the application of the blend of (ELVAX)[i]ethylene-vinyl acetate and EPDM with Mooney viscosity,in which super conductivity furnace black N472 and intermediate super abrasion furnace black N220 are added with peroxide as curing agent so that this kind of material having volume resistivity pv of less than 50Ω·cm can be prepared. It is proved that the material can meet the requirements of the practical production in technology and property aspects.
