拉深过程中压边力分布实验测量方法与数值模拟 被引量:7

摘要 通过数值模拟和实验,研究了压边圈结构对冲压成形过程中压边应力分布的影响,建立埋入式压边应力测量系统,对冲压过程中压边圈与板料之间的接触应力进行了测量,结果表明压边圈结构的变化对压边圈和板料之间的接触应力有显著影响,通过合理设计压边圈结构,可以实现在压边圈不同部位施加不同的压边应力,从而改善冲压件的成形性能。 In this paper, the effect of the structure of blank-holder on the distribution of blank-holder stress during sheet metal forming has been investigated by numerical simulation and experimental measurement method. The embedded measurement system of contact stresses is established. The results indicate that the contact stresses depends on the structure of blank-holder and the different distribution of contact stresses around the blank-holder can be obtained by reasonably designed blank-holder and the formability of stamped part can be improved.
