摘要
通过对局部不对称盒形结构的汽车车轴制动毂挡尘盖的工艺分析,提出了采用浮动式多点成形模来进行拉深成形,并对产品试制过程中出现的起皱、破裂等现象进行了理论分析及实验研究。
Based on the technology analysis of the dust cover for the brake hub of the automobile axle with a local non-symmetrical box shape, the multi-point forming with a floating die is adopted in the deep drawing process, the technological problem of the wrinkle and fracture occurred in the trail-produce is analyzed experimentally and theoretically.
