摘要
查阅和分析现有文献中给出的冲裁凸模强度校核公式,针对凸模抗压弯能力的强度校核问题进行了讨论。首先,分两组列出文献所给出的关于凸模弯曲失稳强度校核计算式,显现之间存在的差异性;进而,依据材料力学中压杆稳定性的理论(欧拉极限力公式),结合冲裁凸模的结构及工作条件,进行推导和分析,最后,指出两组校核公式中有一组既不符合材料力学中安全系数取值的观点,也不符合冲压模具设计的实际情况。并以一实际凸模为算例,验证了比较合理的另一组计算校核式。
Strength checking formula for blanking punch in current documents have been reviewed and the antibending ability of blanking punch is discussed. At first, existing two groups of strength checking formulae are listed to expose the differences between them. Then, on the basis of pressure rod stability theory from Mechanics of Materials, those formulae are deduced and analyzed considering the configuration and working condition of blanking punch. Finally, It is pointed out that one group of formulae on strength checking computation are incorrect on selecting safety coefficient either in theory or in practice, and the other group are validated to be reasonable and practical by selecting one existing blanking punch as a sample.
