介绍波纹管接头密封件的产品结构设计和生产模具的多腔结构设计。产品设计为＂Ｌ＂形薄唇结构。这种薄唇形结构，使其唇形密封部位非常柔软，具有良好的跟随性，特别在低压状态下具有良好的密封性能，高压时同样具有可靠的密封性能。生产用模具设计成叠加式多腔结构，两个模腔的定位系统自成体系，互不干扰，并使用铰链连接上、中、下模体，达到生产效率高、使用方便的目的。

The Structure designing of bellow seal joint and it′s multiple cavity mold designing are introduced in this paper. the product structure is a form of'L' thin Lip structure which makes it′s Lip seal section flexible with excellent follower. It has an excellent and reliable sealing properties both at higher and lower pressure.The mold is designed as a form of pile-up and multiple cavities. The location system of two cavities is separated and they don′t interrup each other.With a hinge to joint upper, medium and lower mold section,it can gain a high production efficieney.
