摘要 目的研究黄药(Rhamnus crenatus)的化学成分。方法用硅胶正相色谱及聚酰胺色谱技术进行分离纯化,根据理化性质、光谱数据进行结构鉴定。结果从黄药地上部分的95%乙醇提取物的乙酸乙酯部分中分离得到了5个化合物:黄药苷(1)、torachrysone(2)、大黄素(3)、大黄素-1-O-β-D-葡糖苷(4)和β-谷甾醇(5)。结论化合物1为新化合物,其余化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到。 Aim To study chemical constituents of the aerial parts of Rhamnus crenatus sieb. et zucc. Methods The chemical constituents were isolated by chromatographic methods and their structures were elucidated on the basis of spectral analysis. Results Five compounds were isolated and their structures were identified as crenatoside ( 1 ) , torachrysone ( 2 ) , emodin ( 3 ) , emodin-1-O-β-D- glucopyranoside (4) and β-sitosterol (5) respectively. Conclusion Compound 1 is a new compound and the others were isolated from Rhamnus crenatus for the first time.
