进攻性现实主义是一种具有较强政策内涵的理论。一旦美国依进攻性现实主义思维行事,则会对中国的和平崛起产生较大负面影响。为此,中国应该转换国家安全战略,加快中国国际身份建构和树立负责任的大国形象,同时还必须发展必要的保护自己战略利益的手段。

Offensive realism is a practical theory available for the foreign policy. Once it is accepted by the USA in its global strategy,China＇s peaceful rise will be influenced in a negative way. Therefore,China should adopt its national security strategy according to the following principles, such as accelerating the course of building its international identity,setting up an image of a great responsible power and developing means that can be used to safeguard its strategic interests.
