摘要
结合本单位的项目管理实践,提出了一种新型、实用的建筑材料的认质、认价管理模式。从设计选材、乙方供材及甲方供材三方面论述了建设单位在材料认质、认价方面的核心管理作用,进而达到优化项目管理的目的。
Gombined with the item management practices of our own unit,the author proposed one kind of new, practical quality and price recognition model. This paper elaborated the core function of construction trait in material and price recognition from the following three aspects: the design of material selection, the supply of material from the first party and or the second party. And then achieves the optimized item management.
