摘要
在试剂七水硫酸锌生产中，笔者将搪瓷釜投料、溶解、除杂等多釜操作改为在不锈钢沉淀槽中单槽操作，改夹套蒸气加热为通蒸气直接加热，解决了硫酸锌板结和管道堵塞的困挠，简化了设备、缩短生产周期，提高了生产效率１２倍。
The multistage tanks and jacket steam heating were replaced by a single stainless steel tank and direct steam heating to solve the material packing and pipeline blocking in the production of high purity zinc vitriol. The technique can shorten the production period and raise the product recovery and quality to over the national standard(GB).
