谈贾母与史湘云

Jia Zheng's mother and Shi xiang-yun

在《红楼梦》中,贾母对待从小父母双亡的侄孙女史湘云忽冷忽热,前后态度大不一样。这主要是因为贾母一度想使林黛玉成为贾府的媳妇,而史湘云曾是其中的一个障碍,再加上史湘云对林黛玉的不良态度,因而遭到贾母的冷淡。当这个障碍不存在时,史湘云又得到贾母的爱怜。

Jia Zheng＇s mother＇s attitude towards Shi xiang - yun, whose parents passed away, is not the same as before. The major reason is that the Mother had wanted l,in dai- yu to be the daughter- in- law of the large family. But Shi xiang- yun is regarded as the obstacle, and adding to Shi＇s attitude towards Lin, she is not welcome by the Mother. Shi regain the Mother＇s love after the obstacle is removed.
