摘要
采用高效液相色谱法，以甲醇—乙腈—水（３０３０４０）为流动相，采用ｓｐｈｅｉｓｏｂＣ１８色谱柱。
Thiophanate methyl and thiram in 40% thiophanate methyl thiram wettable powder were separated on a spherisob C 18 column with acetonitrile methanol water as mobile phase.The contents of thiophanate methyl and thiram were determined by HPLC with a UV detector.
