摘要
本文对用于造粒和包涂过程的顶喷流化床内的干燥过程进行了较为详细的实验和理论研究.从传质传热过程分析可知,床层可分为三段.影响生产能力的最大允许喷淋速度受流化空气流量和入口温度影响最大.
The operation condition of drying process in top-spraying fluidized bed ,which is widely used for granulation and coating of particles , is studied. The results show that the bed can be taken as consisting of three sections in view of mass and heat transfer. The maximum spraying rate which has much influence on the production capacity is greatly affected by the flowrate and inlet temperature of the fluidizing air.
