摘要
泰罗创立的科学管理理论是20世纪初形成于西方的古典管理理论之一,但其是否隐含着人本管理思想?则有必要加以探讨。泰罗在创立和宣传科学管理理论时,虽然考虑了人的因素,表现出善良的愿望和理想,但实际运作中却走向了其愿望和理想的反面。因此,21世纪推行以人为本的管理,实属任重而道远。
Taylor's scientific management theory is one of the classical management theories in the early 20th century. However, whether it implies humanistic management idea needs discussion. When Taylor created and promoted his scientific management theory, he considered human factor, and expressed goodwill and hope. But in practice, the opposite prevailed. Therefore, there is a long way to go to promote humanistic management in the 21st century.
