摘要
汞希夫碱化合物为载体的PVC膜电极表现出反Hofmeister行为,其选择序列为:Ⅰ^->NO_z^->ClO_4^->SCN^->Br^->NO_3^->Sal^->Cl^->SO_4^(2-)。电极在10^(-2)~10^(-6)mol/L的浓度范围内对Ⅰ^-具有线性响应,斜率为58.9mV/PI(20℃)。该电极响应性能不受测试底液中还原性稳定剂的影响。通过荷电离子掺入技术证实该电极系中性载体作用机制。电极应用于药物中含碘量的分析,取得满意结果。
A polymeric membrane iodide sensitive electrode based on mer-cury-schiff base compound carrier has been prepared. The electrode is fairly selective for iodide over perchlorate, thiocyarate and salicylate. It gives linear response toward iodide over the concentration range 10-2-10-6mol/L and a response slope of 58.9mV/pI(at 20℃ ). The influence of lipophilic anionic and cationic sites on potentiometric response and selectivity has been studied. The electrode was applied successfully in the determination of iodine content in drugs . The results obtained were in fair agreement with the results given by precipitation method.
