摘要 目的18F-脱氧葡萄糖正电子发射型计算机断层显像(18F-FDG PET)与CT同机融合呼像(18F-FDG PET-CT)对非小细胞肺癌(N SCLC)合并肺不张时靶区勾画的影响。方法6例非小细胞肺癌合并肺不张患者行PET-CT检查,分别在CT和PET-CT图像上勾画大体肿瘤体积(GTVCT和GTVPET-CT),并对两者进行比较。结果6例患者GTVCT和GTVPET-CT均不同,2例GTVPET-CT大于GTVCT,4例GTVPET-CT小于GTVCT。结论与单纯CT图像相比,PET-CT可更好地区分肿瘤与不张的肺组织。 Objective To evaluate the impact of PET-CT imaging on delineation of target volumes of non-small-cell lung cancer with tumor-associated atelectasis. Methods Six non-small-cell lung cancer patients with atelectasis participated in the study. The gross target volumes (GTV) by CT and by PET-CT (GTVCT and GTVPET-CT) were compared. Results All patients' GTVCT differed from their GTVPET-CT. Compared with GTVCT, GTVPET-CT increased by 8. 6% and 175% respectively in 2 patients, who were upgraded from Ⅱ b to Ⅳ. In the other 4 patients, GTVPET-CT were smaller than their GTVCT. Compared with GTVCT, GTVPET-CT decreased by 8%, 19.3%, 23.2%, 18.8% respectively. Conclusion Compared with CT PET-CT could distinguish tumor and tumor-associated atelectasis more accurately
