舒利迭治疗支气管哮喘30例临床疗效分析

The curative effect of Seretide Accuhaler on 30 patients with bronchial asthma

目的观察舒利迭(沙美特罗氟替卡松粉吸入剂)治疗支气管哮喘的临床疗效。方法30例确诊为支气管哮喘轻、中度发作的患者予舒利迭50ug/100ug吸/次,每日两次,经准纳器吸入,共用4周,观察吸入前后临床症状变化,药物反应及肺功能(FEV1.0(第一秒用力呼气容积),FVC(用力呼气肺活量),PEFR(用力呼气峰流速)]。结果舒利迭治疗支气管哮喘症状计分及肺功能较治疗前明显改善(P<0.01)。结论吸入舒利迭治疗支气管哮喘有较好的临床疗效。

Objective To observe the curative of Seretide Accuhaler on bronchial asthma. Methods 30 patients with bronchial asthma were treated with Seretide Accuhaler/Dis kus,2 times/day, 4 weeks,observe the change of clinical symptom, undesirable effects and pulmonic function before and after inhale. Results The pulmonic function is improved （P〈0. 01）. Conclusion Seretide Accuhaler has better clinical curative effect to cure bronclial asthma.
