含左氧氟沙星联用方案治疗复治肺结核疗效分析

An Analysis of the treatment scheme of levofloxacin on reply pulmonary tuberculosis

目的观察含左氧氟沙星联用方案治疗复治肺结核疗效。方法将62例患者随机分为两组:治疗组含左氧氟沙星0.3qd,疗程9月,两组同时辅以其他相同抗痨药物治疗。结果治疗组痰菌阴转率93.4%,优于对照组73.3%;治疗组总有效率96.9%,优于对照组80.0%;两组空洞关闭率无明显差异。结论左氧氟沙星可作为治疗复治菌阳肺结核病人一线药物,疗效确切。

Objective To explore the therapeutic effects of levofloxaein for the reply pulmonary tuberculosis. Methods Sixty-two cases were randomly divided into two groups, Theatment group （n=30）was treated with levofloxacin 0. 3qd, The cause of treatment of each group lasted 9 mouths,And also with the other anti-tuberculosis drugs in the same time. Results The suptum M. tuberculosis clearance rates were 93.4% in the treatment group and 73. 3% in the control grpup;The total effective rates were 96.9% in treatment group and 80.0% in the control group;The 2 groups were not different in the close rate of infected cavity. Conclusion The treatment scheme of levofloxacin is appropriate to apply on the pneumoconiosis-tuberculosis retreatment. Its therapeutic effect is quite satisfactory,So it is worh of being a wider use.
