The nation＇s current system of forfeiting the right of inheritance is rather principled and simple. Besides, the academic circles haven＇t done much research on it. This essay carries out a comparatively comprehensive and systematic research into the nation＇s system of forfeiting the right of inheritance, making some suggestions on how to perfect it.
