摘要
科学发展观蕴含着十分丰富的法学内涵:其一,科学发展观的落实离不开法律发展,必须以法律发展作保障;其二,法律发展必须以科学发展观为指导,必须促进人的法律化,并保持法律的全面、协调和可持续发展。
Scientific development outlook is full of the connotations of law. The implementation of scientific development outlook needs the legal security. We must persist in taking man as the foundation and cultivate overall, coordinated and sustainable development of law in the modernization of law.
