摘要
目的初步探讨蜂胶对胃溃疡的影响。方法把清洁级ICR小鼠分为生理盐水组、阳性对照组、蜂胶组、复方橘皮组、蜂胶复配物组,每组6只,观察各组小鼠利血平致实验性胃溃疡的发生率及溃疡系数。结果蜂胶组、复方橘皮组和蜂胶复配组的溃疡系数分别为2.5±1.26、5.0±1.29、4.7±2.50与阳性对照组相比,P<0.05。蜂胶对利血平溃疡的抑制效果最好,蜂胶复配物、复方橘皮依次之。结论该实验中蜂胶具有抗胃溃疡作用。
[Objective] To explore the effect of propolis on gastric ulcer. [Methods] The rats were divided into 5 groups, namely physiological saline group, positive contrast group, propolis group, tangerine peel compound group and propolis compound group, 6 rats in each group. The incidence and coefficient of gastric ulcer of each group were observed. [ Results] The gastric ulcer coefficient of the propolis group, tangerine peel compound group and propolis compound group were 2.5 ± 1.26, 5.0± 1.29 and 4.7±2.50 respectively ( P 〈 0.05 ). [ Conclusion] Propolis has the best restraining effect on the reserpine gastric ulcer.
