摘要
目的 通过对某冶金行业接触粉尘、毒物作业人员的结核感染情况的分析,调查粉尘、毒物作业人员的结核易感性。方法 将受试者分为粉尘和粉尘毒物联合组。受试者左前臂内侧注射0.1ml卡介苗纯蛋白衍化物,于注射后48~72h检查注射部位反应。测量硬结的横径和纵径,计算其平均直径,从而做出结果判定。结果 粉尘作业人员和粉尘、毒物联合作业人员的感染率(即阳性率)分别为75.48%和79,31%,均高于全国水平(44.50%),单纯粉尘作业人员与粉尘、毒物联合作业人员之间的感染率、强阳性率差异均无显著性。结论 粉尘、毒物作业人员为结核菌易感人群,且毒物因素并未使粉尘作业人员对结核的易感性提高。
[ Objective] To leam the susceptibility of tuberculosis among dust and toxicant - exposed working staff. [ Methods] The guinea pigs were divided into two groups, namely the dust group and the dust - toxicant group. They were injected with 0.1 ml BCG vaccine of purified protein derivative on their left ann; the reaction was observed 48 to 72 hours after the injection. [Results] The positive infection rate was 75.48% and 79.31% in the dust group and the dust - toxicant group respectively, both succeeded the national standard. No significant difference was found between the two groups in the infection rate. [ Conclusion ] Dust and toxicant - exposed workers are a susceptible group with high susceptibility of tuberculosis.
