摘要
学术界对企业竞争优势的研究集中在战略管理与人力资源管理领域。各学派从不同角度探讨了企业竞争优势的来源及培育问题。企业人力资源战略性管理领域的主要观点是:成本领先与差异化优势、基于资源和基于能力优势、生态观以及动态系统优势;企业实践性人力资源管理领域的观点是:强调战略和激励,系统化以及人力资源优化配置。本文在对这些观点进行评述的基础上,尝试提出自己的一些看法。
In the academic circle, many studies on competitive advantages of enterprises focus on the management of strategy and human resources. Different schools have discussed the origin of competitive advantages and its development. The main ideas of strategic management of human resources are as follows, advantage of cost in advance and differences, advantage of resources-based and competence-based, advantage of ecology and dynamic system. The ideas of human resources management of enterprise practice are. emphasizing strategy and encouragement, systemizing and optimizing human resources.
