摘要
以自行制备的3种激发子对杨树愈伤组织进行诱导,结果表明过氧化物酶(POD)、多酚氧化酶(PPO)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)均能被有效诱导,POD活性在诱导处理后8-10h出现最高峰PPO活性在诱导处理后3.5h出现最高峰;CAT活性在诱导处理后2h出现最高峰而SOD活性则在2.5h出现峰值。
Poplar callus was reducted by both three elicitors produced from DothioreUa gregaria. POD had their highest points at the 8th-10th hour after reduction, but PPO had the points at about the 3. 5th hour, CAT at the 2nd hour, SOD at the 2. 5 h hour.
