摘要
为降低锦纶66帘子线的干热收缩率、提高尺寸稳定性,对锦纶66帘子线成品丝进行热处理.研究结果表明,在收缩比一定的情况下,通过控制热处理温度和速率可以制备出干热收缩率在2%以下,强度在7 cN/ dtex以上的高强低缩锦纶66帘子线.
In order to decrease the dry-hot shrinkage of nylon 66 tire cord, and enhance its dimension stability, a proper annealing treatment is applied to it. The results show that as the shrinkage rate is determined a high-strength- low-shrinkage nylon 66 tire cord with dry-hot shrinkage below two percent and strength beyond 7 cN/dtex can be prepared by controlling the annealing time and temperatures.
