摘要
针对引进的NEUMAG涤纶短纤维生产装置,在确定提产10%的前提下,通过增加孔数对喷丝板进行改造, 进行了单个位上机实验和全线上机实验,并对冷却风速、纺丝上油量、熔体温度等相关工艺条件进行了优化,使装置提产改造圆满成功.
In the light of the imported NEUMAG PET staple plant, in order to enlarge yield by ten percent, the spinning jet is reconstructed through increasing the number of spinning holes. The experiment on one spinning pump and complete equipment are carried on. The process parameters such as cooling speed, OPU and melt temperatures are optimized to meat with the success of the reconstruction and enlarging yield of this plant.
