摘要
以正庚烷为溶剂、吡啶为催化剂,采用丁二酸酐和胆固醇以均相法合成了丁二酸单胆固醇酯.考察了反应时间对收率的影响,并使用红外光谱、核磁共振、热台偏光显微镜、差示扫描量热法、广角X光衍射、薄层色谱等方法对产品的化学结构和物理性质进行了表征.结果表明:该方法合成的产物收率高、纯度高;当反应温度为98℃、反应21 h时产物收率最高;产物熔点为182.5℃,冷却到151℃时出现结晶.
Monocholesterylsuccinate is synthesized using cholesterol and succinic anhydride as raw materials in heptane and trace pyridine as catalyst. The effect of reaction time on yield is studied. The chemical structure and physical properties of the product are tested by FF-IR,^1H-NMR, POM with hot stage, DSC, WAXD and thin-layer chromatography. The results show that the yield and purity of product synthesized with this method is high; when the reaction time is 21 hours and temperature is 98 ℃ the yield of product is highest; the product melts in 182.5 ℃ and crystallizes after cooled down to 151 ℃.
