摘要
采用低相对分子质量的聚己内酯作引发剂,在钛酸丁酯催化下引发ε-已内酯单体开环聚合,以提高聚合产物的相对分子质量.研究结果表明,ε-已内酯聚合具有“活性”聚合的特点,低分子PCL可继续引发单体聚合;在一定反应条件下,聚合产物的相对分子质量随反应时间、聚合温度、低分子PCL用量和钛酸丁酯用量的增加而升高.
The ring-opening polymerization of ε-caprolactone monomer is initiated by the low molecular weight PCL and catalyzed by Ti (OBu) 4 to improve the molecular weight of PCL. The results show that the polymerization of ε - caprolacton has the characteristics of “activity”, low molecular weight of PCL can initiate polymerization of its monomer. The molecular weight of the reactant is improved following with the increasing of reacting time and temperature in some qualifications. With the increasing of the dosage of initiator and catalyst, the molecular weight of PCL is increased too, and the distribution of molecular weight is widen.
