摘要
以政府投资项目管理模式的探讨为背景,提出了在过程控制中主因素的识别模型,并进行了应用分析.该模型以一种广义模糊特征合成推理模型为基本模型,把整个项目视为一个系统,利用信息增益分析各个影响因素与该系统相关程度的大小,并以此来判断主要因素.
Against the background to canvass the model of project management of government investment, a model that can distinguish the main factors in process control is provided and its application is analysed. The model takes a general fuzzy character synthesizing and reasoning model on the base and makes the whole project as a system, and the correlation of factors to the system is analyzed by taking advantages of information and then those main is found out.
