Thoughts on Women's Higher Education in Cultivating Women Talents' Independent Creativity

在推进国家创新体系建设的过程中,培养具有自主创新能力的女性人才是女子高等教育的根本任务。女子高等教育应注重培养女大学生的创造性思维、创新人格和创新智慧、“四自”精神等基本素质。通过提供广博的知识、改革教学模式、重视课外科研和发明创新活动、营造自主学习环境、加强“四自”精神教育、注重理论指导等途径,可以有效提高女大学生的自主创新能力。

During the course of promoting the constmction of innovation system of state in China, the basic task in higher education is to cultivate high- quality women talents with independent creativity. Women＇s higher education should attach irnportance to cultivate female university sl：adents＇ creative thought, innovative personality, innovative wisdom and “four- self”spirit. By providing spacious knowledge, innovating teaching mode, emphasizing scientific research and inventive activities, creating an environment of independent study, strengthening “four-self”spirit education and valuing the guide of theory, female university students＇ independent creativity can be effectively irnpmved.
