调查发现,下岗人员婚姻家庭质量与法律保障等方面存在诸多问题,下岗职工婚姻家庭状况及法律与社会权益保障的有关政策与法律存在着不足,建议修订与完善相关立法、并将社会性别分析视角纳入法律视野。

According to the research, the laid - off workers are facing many problems in the quality and legal protection of their marriage and family. By focusing ,an the situation of marriage and family of laid - off workers, on the legal and social rights and interests protection, the research revealed the deficiency of related policies and laws, and suggested that some policies and laws should be revised and perfected. Besides, gender perspective should be put in the law.
