摘要
以某厂的定锥衬板铸件为例,系统介绍计算机凝固数值模拟的基本原理和方法.通过对定锥衬板原工艺方案的凝固过程温度场的数值模拟,预测其可能产生的缩孔、缩松缺陷及位置,然后提出铸件的改进工艺方案,再进行模拟计算、预测,得到较为满意的结果.
Taking the cast tapered lining plate produced in a plant as an example, the fundamental and method of the computer numerical simulation for the solidification were elucidated. Specifically, a numerical simulation for the temperature field occurring in the solidification of the lining plate was carried out, which could predict the locations of possible shrinkage cavity ard porosity formed within the casting. The casting process could then be improved by altering the process based on the simulation results.
