京山县种植业系统开发的制约因素与对策

在分析京山县种植业资源深层开发的制约因素如自然灾害频繁、水利工程严重老化、耕地肥力减退、环境污染加重、熟耕地数量减少、种植业整体功能较差、农业资源利用率低、市场服务体系不健全、专业技术人才奇缺、开发资金不足、行业关系不协调等诸障碍因子的基础上,提出了依靠科技进步、发展生态农业、坚持种植业资源开发重点、建设粮、棉、油基地、加速农业科技成果的研制和推广,建立健全高效运行的农业科研与农技推广体系等相应对策。

Besed on the analyses of the obstructions of the cropping resources exploitage in Jing-shan county, such as natural calamities, obsolete irrigation works, bring down fertility of soit, reducing cultivated area, incoordinate cropping composition, low utilization ratio of resources, imperfect market service system, being short of technician agronomist, laking fouds for the cropping developing, incoordinate relations of trades, etc. . in this paper were presented some relrvant strategies for the cropping development in Jingshan county, such as getting on the ecoagricultural construction, keeping up the key points of the cropping resources exploitage, building the cropping base areas. paying close attention to research and spread of science and technology.
