中频+电渣双联冶炼工艺生产磁头外壳材料

摘要 初步分析高返回真空冶炼出现锻造裂纹原因.进行了中频+电渣双联冶炼工艺生产磁头外壳材料的研究.采用该工艺生产的磁头外壳材料不会出现锻造裂纹,成材率较高,钢带表面不发灰,磁性能达到国家标准. A preliminary analysis is made of the forging cracks occurring in the magnetic material vacuum-smelted with high returns, and a study was carried out of producing magnetic head casing material by employing a medium frequency + electric slag dual smelting process. Adopting this process can prevent the occurrence of this kind of forging crack, increase product acceptance rate, and eliminate the surface defects of the magnetic steel strip. The material so made can meet the specifications set by the National Standards.
