摘要 20年来我国教育领域的公益性问题存在着认识和实践上的许多矛盾,主要是政府教育公益性认识与教育产业化事实的矛盾;政府坚持教育公益性与教育投入不足的矛盾;教育走向市场与非营利的矛盾。解决教育公益性的矛盾认识问题关键在于政府在保证教育投入的同时,还要从第三部门中寻找教育发展的空间。 Plenty of conflicts exist both in the cognition and practice of the problem concerning the public benefit nature of Education in recent 20 years since the first National Education Conference. The main conflicts are that between the government's cognition the public benefit nature of Education and the fact of education industrialization, between the government's persistence of the public benefit nature of Education and insufficient investment to education, and between Education go-to-market and Non-profit of Education. The key to solve the problem is that government guarantees the investment, and searches for the developing spaces from the third field.
