学生管理工作是高校管理工作的重要组成部分,在新形势下,高校要科学地分析所面临的新机遇和新挑战。针对高职学生特点和市场取向的教育改革,要坚持以人为本的指导思想,积极探索科学方法,努力为学生的健康成长和全面成才创造有利条件。

The improvement of the student management plays a very important part in higher education management. In the new situation, first, colleges or universities must have a scientific analysis on the new opportunities, as well as the new challenges we are facing. Secondly, considering the traits of vocational college students, we must explore actively, using a scientific way of study, and stick to the people oriented thought, in order to create a favorable condition for the healthy growing-up and succeeding of students.
