摘要
各类服装企业对服装专业人才的需求旺盛,但由于高校服装专业教育改革滞后,造成较大的人才供需矛盾。我们要重视服装专业毕业生的反馈意见,从根本上改革服装专业的教育教学,使之与服装产业达到最佳结合。
The paper analyzes the supply and demand contradiction for the professional talent caused by the manpower demand brisk of garment companies and the lagging of college education. Therefore we should improve the professional education fundamentally at the basis of the feedback from graduates, so as to reach optimum coupling between the education and the garment industry.
