摘要
党的十六大报告指出:“发展社会主义民主政治,建设社会主义政治文明,是全面建设小康社会的重要目标。”这一论断,具有重大的现实意义和深远的历史意义。文章对政治文明的战略地位、科学内涵、根本性质、目标定位和发展模式等五个方面进行深入思考和阐述,力求在理论和实践的结合上作出分析,希望能在更深的层次上理解和贯彻十六大精神,以切实推进我国的社会主义政治文明建设。
It is pointed out in the Report of the Party＇ s 16th National Congress that to develop socialist democratic politics and build socialist political civilization is an important goal of a well-off society. This conclusion is of great significance both for today and for the future. The present paper offers an interpretation of political civilization＇ s strategic position, scientific connotation, its nature, definition and developing model. The authors try to combine theory and practice and interpret in a better way the spirit of the Party＇ s 16th National Congress so as to promote socialist political civilization in our country.
