对我国研究生教育质量问题的思考

Consideration on the Quality of Post Graduate

随着我国研究生的扩招,其教育质量出现下滑。影响研究生教育质量的主要因素有: 生源质量、课程设置、导师队伍质量和培养方式等。提高教育质量就必须破常规录取高素质人才; 优化课程设置;加强导师队伍建设并改进教育教学方法。

Along with the expansion of post graduate in our country, the phenomenon of the drop in teaching quality has appeared. The main factors affecting the quality of post graduate include the following aspects： the quality Of the new students; setting of curriculum; the quality of tutors and the fashion of foster and so on. The ways of improving the quality are as follow： enrolling students with ability; optimizing setting of curriculum; strengthening the construction of tutors and improving the teaching methods.
