摘要
介绍了我国能源利用的现状及与世界先进水平的差距。从加强能源供给使用的管理、加强节能降耗技术的开发应用与研究、认真研究节能降耗的法规,充分利用有关的政策方面论述了节能降耗的措施。
Introduced the present situation and great disparity between china and developed countries in using energy sources. Discussed the measurements of energy saving and comsume reducing from strengthening managements of energy suppling and using, strengthening technical development application and study of energy saving, studing earnestly the laws and regulations of energy conservation and consumes reducing, making full use of policies about energy conservation in an aluminia enterprise.
