提高发生炉煤气热值的途径

摘要 针对某厂发生炉煤气热值低的问题,找出了问题产生的原因是排灰不均匀,炉墙挂渣,饱和温度和煤气出口温度偏高,提出了炉体及出灰系统改造及操作方法改进措施,实施后,煤气热值从5 051 kJ/m3提高到5 250 kJ/m3以上,每年创经济效益370多万元. in view of low gas calorific value of the producer in a factory. This article discovered the reason which is the row of ash non-uniformity, the dregs bunging on the furnace wall, the high temperature of saturation and coal gas exit. Proposesd improving measurement of furnace body and left ash system and operating procedure. After implementation, the coal gas calorific value enhanced from 5 051 kJ/m^3 to 5 250 kJ/m^3 above, created economic efficiency more than 3 700 000 Yuan per year .
