摘要
针对管式降膜蒸发器三次水碱度含量高的现状,从理论上推算了各效二次汽流速,指出了设计上存在的缺陷,为雾沫分离装置的改造提供了理论依据,并提出了解决方案。
In terms of high alkalinity of triple water in the tube type falling-film evaporator, this paper theoretically calculates flowrates of secondary steams in every effect and finds design shortages, which provide theoretic base for modification of the entrainment separator. Consequently, a solution is put forward.
