摘要
该文主要阐述细胞凋亡与新生儿缺氧缺血性脑损伤的关系,提出细胞凋亡机制在缺氧缺血性脑损伤中的重要性。通过对半胱氨酸蛋白酶家族在细胞凋亡中所起作用的了解,具体阐述两条依赖半胱氨酸蛋白酶的凋亡途径,即线粒体介导的内源性途径和死亡受体介导的外源性途径。最后对半胱氨酸蛋白酶抑制剂用于将来的临床治疗提出挑战及前景。
In this review, we summarized relationship between apoptosis and neonatal hypoxic-ischemic brain damage (HIBD) and importance of apoptosis mechanism in HIBD. On the basis of understanding the roles of caspase family in apoptosis, The two caspase - dependent apoptotic pathways: the intrinsic apoptotic pathway by mitochondria and the extrinsic apoptotic pathway by death receptors were respectively explored. Finally, we pointed out the challenge and prospect in application of caspase inhibitors in the clinical treatment.
