G lycodelin-A是由分泌期子宫内膜的腺上皮细胞合成的一种糖蛋白,它在分泌期的子宫内膜腺体和妊娠早期的蜕膜中均有表达。G lycodelin-A具有免疫抑制作用并可以抑制精卵的结合,其在子宫内膜特定的时间表达,对正常受精、妊娠有重要意义。该文综述了G lycodelin-A在子宫内膜的表达及其对生殖的影响的一些相关研究。
Glycodelin -A is a glycoprotein synthesized by glandular epithelial cells in secretory endometrium that belongs to the lipocalin superfamily. It is expressed in secretory endometrial glands and early decidual membranes. Glycodelin - A has immunosuppressive activity, also inhibits human sperm - egg binding. Its specially temporal expression in endometrium is of important significance for human fertilization, embryo implantation and normal pregnancy. This article reviewed some relating researches on its properties, expression in endometrium and effect on human reproduction.
