摘要
多囊卵巢综合征是生育年龄妇女生殖功能障碍和代谢异常的常见疾病,经阴道超声在其诊断、监测和治疗评价中有重要价值,该文综述了近年来经阴道二维和三维超声在多囊卵巢综合征中的应用与发展,旨在使超声在多囊卵巢综合征临床诊断和治疗中发挥更大的作用。
Polycystic ovary syndrome （PCOS）, one of the most common diseases of women in reproductive age which＇is characterized by disturbant metabolisms and reproductive dysfunction. It is also one of common causes of hyperandrogenic chronic anovulation and infertility. Transvaginal ultrasonography is of most important value in diagnosis, treatment and evaluation of PCOS. This article reviewed application and development of two - dimensional and three dimensional transvaginal ultrasonography in PCOS, aiming to promote their application in clinical diagnosis and treatment of the disease.
