摘要
肿瘤的侵袭转移是一多步骤、多因素参与的极其复杂的过程,涉及肿瘤细胞粘附、分离、迁移、基底膜及细胞外基质降解、肿瘤新生血管生成等诸多方面,其中尿激酶型纤溶酶原激活系统在卵巢恶性肿瘤侵袭转移中发挥了重要作用,现就尿激酶型纤溶酶原激活系统的相关研究概况及其进展作以综述。
The invasion and metastasis of carcinoma is a complicated muhistep, muhifactorial process, involving cell adhesion, dissemination, motility, degradations of basal membrane and ECM, angiogenesis, ect. Of which, urokinase-type plasminogen activator （uPA） system was considered that it plays important roles in invasion and metastasis of malignant ovarian tumors. This article reviewed general situation and progress in relating researches on uPA system.
