长春瑞滨联合顺铂同步放疗治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的临床观察

Clinical Observation on Concurrent Radiotherapy in Combination with Vinorelbine and Cisplatin for Advanced Non-small-cell Lung Cancer

目的:观察国产长春瑞滨(盖诺)联合顺铂(NP方案)同步放疗治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的近期疗效和毒副反应.方法:全组33例Ⅲ期非小细胞肺癌同步接受NP方案加放疗:长春瑞滨25 mg/m2,d1、d8,顺铂25 mg/m2,d1-3,共两周期;同时采用直线加速器6MVX线放疗,总照射剂量为65～70Gy.结果:本组总有效率为54.5%,其中2例达到完全缓解.主要毒副反应有胃肠反应、白细胞下降、放射性食管炎和放射性肺炎.结论:NP方案同步放疗治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌有较好的近期疗效,毒副反应能为患者所耐受.

Objective： To evaluate the effect and toxicity of concurrent radiotherapy in combination with vinorelbine and cisplatin for advanced non-small-cell lung cancer （NSCLC）. Methods ： All of 33 patients received the chemotherapy regimen consisted of vinorelbine 25 mg/m^2 on d1, d8 and cisplatin 25 mg/m^2on d1-d3. Concurrent radiotherapy was given with a dose of 65 - 70 Gy. Results： The overall response rate （CR ＋ PR） was 54. 5%, 2 patients reached complete response（CR）. The main toxic-effects were gastrointestinal reactions, leucocytopenia, radiation esophagitis and pneumonitis. Conclusion： The chemotherapy regimen consisted of vinorelbine plus cisplatin in combination with concurrent radiotherapy had better effectiveness with tolerable toxicity for advanced non-small-cell lung cancer.
