分析了交通运输企业走向市场后交通战备工作受到的冲击,研究提出了加强宣传教育、调整相关政策、完善依靠法规、明确责任义务、搞好“结合纳入”、建立等级动员制度、理顺领导关系等对策措施。
Faced with the problem of our transportation enterprises taking their places on the market, the author of the paper points out and analyzes some of the influence and impact on our war readiness work resulting from the new situation. He also suggests some effective countermeasures such as strengthening our propaganda work, adjusting some of our corresponding policies, perfecting our policies and rules, clarifying the duties and responsibilities of our transportation enterprises, doing a good job of combination and integration, establishing the hierarchical mobilization system, and harmonizing the leading relations.
