摘要
从山西太谷、运城采集的油菜中分离得到40株植物内生细菌,经过初步筛选得到具有生防潜力的菌株yc8,并鉴定属于芽孢杆菌属(Bacillus)。对yc8不同处理的发酵进行拮抗筛选及生长曲线研究,结果表明:yc8不同处理的发酵液对向日葵菌核病菌Sclertinia sclerotiorum(L ib)de bary抑菌作用差异不显著,两者的抑菌率都达到了83%以上;yc8在发酵培养20 h时,菌液的吸光值达最大值1.68,其蛋白质浓度也达到最大值0.478 mg/mL;在发酵培养48 h时,其发酵滤液的抑菌率达到最大值83.0%。
Forty endophytic bacterium strains were isolated from rape collected from Taigu and Yuncheng County in Shanxi Province in P. R. China. Inhibitory activity of yc8 was obvious in the primary antagonistic screening experiment. On the basis of morphological, physiological and biochemical characteristics, yc8 was characterized to be Bacillus. The results of the different treatments of yc8 filtrate showed strong activity against Sclertinia sclerotiorum (Lib) de bary. According to the growth curve , OD600 of yc8 got to 1.68 and the concentration of protein reached 0. 478 mg/mL when fermented for 20 hours. The result of the filtrate culture of yc8 had strong activity against Sclertinia sclerotiorum (Lib) de bary when fermented for 48 hours.
